What we do

Hi-Res goes beyond offering an off the shelf software solution. The core team invests time in new clients with the aim of understanding the client’s operating environment, business climate and where appropriate, the team provides advisory services relating to the construct of supporting business rules which drive overall business performance. During the design and consultation phases through to implementation and sign off, clients have access to a dedicated service desk and a project team.

Pre-Onboarding

  • This requires consultation, and client workshopping sessions in which the business architecture and supporting business rules are mapped
  • Integration requirements are distilled and timelines are devised

System is implemented

  • System Configuration is initiated and component pieces are tested
  • API Linkages are built or configured for Third Party Software
  • Testing is concluded and signed off by the business project team
  • Training is conducted with the system administrator and super administrator during the onboarding phase

How the system is deployed/operationalised

  • Cloud based clone deployed to Azure hosted environment
  • Back end integration with existing infrastructure is mobilised
  • Client training is conducted and user manuals are made available

How the system is supported and optimised

  • Post deployment the support desk is utilised to log and resolve queries in line with SLAs
  • Ongoing feedback from end users is solicited for funneling into future development phases
